All of our mailboxes are U.S.P.S. approved.

Q. Does your mailbox warranty cover vandalism?
While our mailboxes are very resistant to impact-related vandalism due to the quality of materials construction, vandalism by its nature is not quantifiable (similar to cars, they may have a high impact or safety rating, they cannot guarantee against injury). Our warranty does not cover vandalism, or cosmetic blemishes caused by environmental conditions such as rust or fading.

Q. Can your mailboxes be painted?
Our mailboxes are powder coat painted and can be painted a different color. First, wipe the mailbox down with rubbing alcohol to remove dirt and oil. Let the mailbox dry, then paint it with a "Krylon®" type spray paint. Note: painting your mailbox will void any warranty associated with the mailbox product.
